The threads on one of mine was rusted tight when I got it. Hang it up and down and spray a little penetrate on it. Then tap around it with hammer. Then penetrate, then hammer. Repeat, repeat. Then clamp in vice and get a 1" bar through eyelet. Once you get the slightest movement it will go fast from there. Once you get it out take the wire wheel to threads. Then lube it with never seize and put it back together. Some have a lock nut on them. If yours moved recently it can't be rusted to bad.
