I did say CHAIN or STRAP. I don't care what someone uses as long as it is rated for the load it is binding down. Using dollar store straps to bind a tractor down, then saying it never moved is beyond my level of thinking. I have a CDL and hauled many 80,000 plus loads, so it bothers me when someone is so careless and ignorant about binding down equipment.
