People are generally useless now anyways, won't commit, don't keep their word. Those people always existed, but now the internet means you are more likely to drive further to look at something for sale. Old days you would only look at local people in the newspaper for sale ads. You knew the local deadbeats so you knew who you were dealing with the minute you called the ad in the number :-)
Other thing to consider...is if they have 30 people answer an ad, you say you can come tomorrow, then someone says they can come RIGHT NOW, the right now guy gets it.
