For tarping the walls off look into used billboard vinyls. Your average poly tarp will last about a month before tearing, and canvas is just out of this world expensive.
The old billboard vinyls have a pipe sleeve in them so you can slide a pipe in top and bottom and strap/stretch them taut so they don't flap. You can get them online.
