Ran experiments many years ago on cockroaches. They used the housing as a condo. University of Kansas. That was about 40 years ago. Every so often they bring out a new package and new electronics for new suckers.
All hype unless you want to torment higher mammals. They might work close up, but I am not sure of this.
Humans can only hear up to 23 khz and that is only if you are young.
