Talked with a NH dealer and they said parts were still readily available. Also told me that more than likely the stuff shuttle was a synchronizer going bad and that it would have to be split. Said they had done several. Tractor is priced at 13900 which made it very appealing, but the dealer told me the synchro was around $800 from NH and if they did it the labor would be in the range $4k. My guess is it would pay to do the clutch while it’s apart, so by the time you add all of that up you’re back up we’ll over $20k. I can find 40 series Fords cheaper than that. Plus, now the guy on Facebook that has it for sale won’t respond. I just live those types. Appreciate the input guys, but looks like I’m passing on this one, even if I didn’t want too...lol
