I have a farmall H with an aftermarket 3 pt hitch. I got the tractor out recently after it had set in the barn several years and got it running again. When I cranked the tractor and pulled the lift handle the lift raised good and strong. Problem is it wont lower. I know the lever has full travel both directions. The lift cylinder only has one hose that goes connecting it to the tractor so i assume the fluid travels both directions through the same hose. I thought maybe it needed weight to lower but it will not lower with weight applied. I know nothing about farmall hydraulics. Any ideas? I appreciate any responses and help. Thanks
