Grandpa, I HEAR YOU when I was a used tractor, truck and farm implement dealer and ran adds I heard all the typical calls lol
First call, hadn't been there to even look at it, yet they ask "Whats the least you will take" MY ANSWER " Whats the most you will give" and they stumble around saying well I will have to come look, Im thinking WELL DUH LOL
Put in add the make model year mileage and price, they call and ask for the year and miles and price grrrrrrrrrrr
If they say they will have to talk to the wife THATS A NO SALE NEVER SEE THEM AGAIN
I refused to come down until the buyer at least made an offer, I already priced it let them make an offer or leave
One thing that made them buy it or leave.........Wife comes to the door and says someone wants to come look if its still for sale????? They either bought it or left lol
