No. The power steering would be second in line, and subject to interrupted flow with loader use. A priority valve is used as a first in line device to create a division of the entire pump output to guarantee pressure to the PS system. (I assume the 941 port you wish to tap is always on hydraulic, not clutch pedal sensitive). if plumbing is way hard, a PS pump from a car or light truck can be drive from the front belt pulley system, though that can also be difficult.
