On the bottom under where the valve stem is there is a plug. Take it out and drop the valve out. Probably has the broken pin in the stem. If it is it will come out in 2 pieces. Put a new pin in and put back in. There is a hole in the lever mount bracket on the side about halfway up. You will need the special fitting and a line to connect the gage and fitting. then with running and warmed up check your pressure. Should be around 250ish If i remember right. There is a lower pressure for a start up. I never could make that part work well in the adjustment. there is a hole on the stem under the lever connection for a punch or nail. Turn it one way to increase pressure and the other to reduce it. If this doen't get you going then you will beed to pull the unit out to check the intake screen. Be careful no to brake it off removing it. With a hoist or some kind of lift to hang it on pull it back as you tip the front up. Will need to drain some oil or set facing downhill.
