Popinjohn..... I know exactly how you feel as I suffer Sciatica nerve issues about once every 2 years for the past 15 years... Just average. The pain is beyond describing, so I won't even try. The very best remedy I have found is to find a good pain management group. They have different methods to help relieve or eliminate the nerve pain. From drugs to steroid injections. I'm with pain management at MDA HOUSTON. I've been treated for Mutipule Mylomia since 2005. I've undergone 3 bone marrow transplants..... 2005,2006, & 2014. All have caused much nerve and bne damage. Early in the year They had me consider a 4th transplant but then co-19 spoiled that. Said it was too big a chance with 0 amune system. So again. Looks for a good pain management group. They'll fix the nerve pain for you. I know from lots of experience. Wingnut

It is also very apparent that these folks are getting a lot of very poor and often very dangerous advice fro
