My 1963 F-600 shares my 65's frame width as does the pickups through 1972. From what I have seen if the big truck uses the pickup cab it likely will be about the same width as that year of pickup. This is my reasoning, not gospel. I have seen a few Cummins drop into the Slick, Bump and Dent side pickup trucks. It seems reasonable to me that the Cummins would be a good fit for your LN.
