Had it years ago and was sent to an orthopedic surgeon. She looked at my MRI pics and sent me to physical therapy. After a few weeks, I was fine. One of the exercises that helped most was laying on my back and pulling my knees to my chest and holding them there a short time. Also pulling left knee to right part of chest and pulling right knee to left part of chest. Richard
