Finally decided to lay on my back tonight and push my head up under the dash on the Vette.....never found a relay but did find two circuit breakers in the fuse box; the top one looked miscolorored.....so took it out and replaced it with the bottom one...windows working! I will order new CB's tomorrow....thanks for the all the help and patient from all of you...such confusion and such a small problem but it is solved:)
