You could cast them yourself with a clay form then just use a torch to melt the cast to pour in the mold. Then the machining is what you want it to have for attachment. Yes it is a bit more complicated than that. Would also make a lot of difference what is being casted like aluminum would be about that easy or lead. Cast iron would be a bit more involved. The clay form would still work though if baked.
