It's a pretty sure bet the B terminal will be power from the battery.
Put one lead of your meter on the B terminal, start turning the switch and see what terminals connect in each position.
I would not ground the G terminal! No reason to ground any terminal of an ignition switch. Good chance the G terminal is for glow plugs if it were used on a diesel. If so, and you ground it, it will short the battery terminal when the switch is in the G position.
If you are going to use a fuse, only need to fuse the feed to the B terminal. If you use an inline fuse holder, choose a heavy duty one, or go with a spade type fuse holder with a cover. The spring type inline holders tend to be loose and don't like the vibration and rough service of a tractor.
