Maybe in the 1970's they were all over the place but not now. Most if not all tire manufacturers use the standard DOT date code system because they already have to do it for all their on-road tires, and it does not make sense to come up with something completely different for off-road tires.
Since 2000 the code is 4-digits WWYY, week-week, year-year. 1120 would be the 11th week of 2020.
Tractor tire age is not as important as on-road tires. With a tractor you run them till they're bald or the sidewalls split open.
