My mask was sewn with Day-of-the-Dead Mexican type art work on it. I told her I wanted something Grateful Dead themed and that was as close as she had on hand. I was wearing it the other day when I cross paths with a crew of Mexican labors, they found it quite hilarious and held up a six pack of Corona beer. We were all smiling.

When you go to the funeral you will be required to wear a mask, and they'll only let ten people in to view the body at a time. (I'm surprised they even allowed open coffin.) If you want to spend a few more minutes with Dave then you can circle back and go through the line again. Yeah not every body is going to get on with their lives. Of course if you're the one in the coffin then no you won't have to wear a mask.
Dave's widow is the woman that sewed my mask -she works in a garment factory. The day before Thanksgiving her mother also pasted away from the Corona virus. She gets cremated today or tomorrow. But hey, carry on you keyboard warriors.
R.I.P. David (1959-2020) Fate cheated you. You will be missed but not forgotten!
