I lost a good friend in a car accident Tuesday morning. We worked at the same plant for a quite a while and camped together for several years. he was the kind of person that I could call at 3:00 A.M. and he would get out of bed and come help me. We went to regattas together in our boats and in all the years I don't remember u ever having any type of disagreement (we did get into trouble with our wives several times). His wife was with him and they hydroplaned on a wet road and hit another vehicle head on. His wife was bruised up some but wasn't hurt. She took his pulse and knew he was gone long before the squad got there. I just ask you folks for prayers for his family for tonight, the funeral tomorrow and in the coming holidays cause it's really going to be hard for them. His wife is well known for buying Christmas all year so I know she'll be doing a lot of thinking in the weeks to come. Thanks, Keith
