myself I use fed ex 100 times more than ups,, one time I had it not make it over night when needed,, they refunded 100% of the freight cost,, ups yea right,, they almost always come up with a reason not to refund,, and if they do its a fight to get it, when I ship a larger package,, and I know what the post office will slam me with in freight I go fed ex ground,, small packages they are higher on the post office but big change when they get to a certain size,, I had to think back but I have not shipped a pkg out ups since the early 90's now,, had them shipped to me yes but not when I ship one, super pain to deal with them anyway compared to fed ex here any way,, used to be a few places I could stop in and ship by ups,, checked on that once when fed ex was closed for the day,, Yikes they wanted to add on a extra 18.00 for them doing it,, nope waited till the next day,, fed ex,, love them,,
