One time one of my salesmen was going to make a delivery to one of his customers on his way home. Loaded a pallet of A325 structural bolts into the bed of his truck. On my way out the door I told him to shrink wrap the pallet but being the Mr. Know It All that he was he didn’t. On the way to his customer someone cut him off, he slammed on the brakes, the pallet slid up crushed his tool box and 3 small kegs went through the back window. He wasn’t hurt but the repair was on his dime. Soon after that he lost his company truck. Can’t fix stupid.
