I agree with Mr Dieseltech, Most rotary pumps are repairable for 350 - 450 range, If you pay more you are getting hosed. I would like to share a warm story about Ebay from last week. I have a Deutz With Rex-Roth hydraulic pump. Stacked style. Ebay had new ones listed for 250 bucks. That is 1/4 of what I have seen them listed for. I am also an A+I dealer. 250 is even WAY below my dealer cost, so I bought one. Now that its here I see it doesnt fit, does look the same from 5 feet away, but smaller. If I return it I have to pay 20% restocking fee, plus 14 bucks to ship, on top of 14 I already paid. That makes this killer deal not so good. I will just keep it, and hope I can sell it to someone that can use it. It was listed as being the same CCs for each pump, but it is an inch shorter. Ebay, and the seller dont have Phone #s you can call and complain. If you try to email them it is not easy for someone who isnt computer smart. My lesson, dont always think something cheap on ebay is going to work, dont think they will help you if it doesnt. Al

The year was about 1967 and my father found a good used Ford 601 tractor to use on the farm instead of "Bob", our old mule. Now my grandfather had had this mule since the mid 40's and he was getting some age on him. S
