Have you ever seen 250 gallons of gasoline when it is on fire ???? I have no other way to put it than to plead "Please do not attempt your plan" Just to start with.. Bulk fuel tanks and the vehicle they are fueling are not allowed within 40 feet of a building. Especially not within a building.
