We are running on about the same 3 inches since June with what little snow and one rain storm this fall we might be at 4 inches total moisture since the first week of June and not any real sign off it breaking every time they call for a storm it never comes we’ve had probably 6 inches snow total with it taking at Least a foot to equal one inch of rain we are in bad shape 4 inches total rain may even be stretching it
