when I was a kid working at local John Deere dealer for summer school it very discussing when some farmer would send Mrs. Farmer in to get some parts and tell her they dealer know what hay baler have get some fly wheel sear pins. Then when she went home with wrong ones Framer would have bird and make her get the right ones. By now she would be upset for of making same mistake again. Finally not head would come in himself all MAD and learn he hadn't had that hay baler 10 years and now had a New Holland.
