Creeper gears

Here in the U.K. I use a small tractor (David Brown 770 on 28 inch rear tyres)to plant seedlings. I need to go slower than 0.4 miles per hour at about 1000rpm engine speed. I prefer to use an older tractor so can anyone suggest any models (other than the D.B. or Ferguson T.E.20) or add-on reduction box/slice to give this speed. I know of the Howard reduction box to fit the ford dexta, but can't find one here. Thanks.
