Looks like the remains of what is referred to as a Doodlebug. In the early 1900s
various companies offered kits cosisting of larger rear drive wheels and heavier
axle components that could be switched out of a car , resulting in a machine that,
although not as good as a real tractor, could perform light to medium draft loads
on the farm. Several companies offered kits for several makes of cars, the Model T
being the most popular. I have no idea of the make or car used in your picture, the
experts will know
