The Massey Ferguson 1145 is an Iseki built compact utility tractor. I did not find a switch called out as a neutral safety switch, or such, anywhere in the parts book. It appears there is a push type switch located on the dash bulkhead panel that looks like it might contact a shift lever. Maybe check behind the dash panel.
Do you have the operator's and service manuals for it? If not you might want to get them for future reference.
