While IH disks are good they are a ways from being perfect. Around here there are not many IH disks never mind IH disks for sale. That aside we have to have a cultipacker in back of the disk to make things level for soybeans so if the JD does not do a perfect job the cultipacker will cover up its sins. Lastly, this disk might be available at a good price which is very important right now. Also, I have three JD locations within a half an hour of me and two deliver to my farm. Case IH is further and does not always deliver the same day as the order goes in.
