We have an old JD disc with practically new blades we use for the garden in 12 foot. You have to set the notches in the tongue for depth. No transport wheels on it. Was here when I was a little kid so must be all of 60 years old or more. Then got an IH 470 with the spring loaded wing gangs worked good and was level behind. Now have a 30 ft Sunflower and that is the berries for working ground. I dug up a 40 year old pasture with it and worked down to plant corn on it. Made a nice seedbed in a few passes. This was where the wagon got parked to feed hay in during the year so all kinds of ruts cattle foot ruts along side of the wagon and so forth. will probably do the same thing with it this spring with corn again on it. Then beans with alfalfa for the rest of my life. Really to hilly to want to plant even with no thrill.
