Must be some icing going on? I saw the weather page for Brownsville, Tx. & they have a winter storm warning posted for, what would amount to around here, as a bunch of nothing. Then there's a warning for wind chills of.... 15º - 25º above zero? I guess it's all in perception. Those conditions around here aren't even a minor inconvenience. Shoot, in the dead of a Wisconsin winter, that's a nice day. Just about T-shirt weather. YES! I understand there's more involved with freezing pipes & an electrical grid that can't hold up to ice, but those warnings & advisories do tend to look a bit foreign to me.

There's people standing in the middle of the road, looking at the snow, having snowball fights after looking up how to make one on the internet, there are several snow men in the middle of the one intersection & the neighbor lady is trying to clear the snow off her walkway with a rake. Oh boy, I said. Lol!
