Bolt extractors work well on many occasions, but I
have heard horror stories about them breakning off
and then you are in big trouble. One of the
slickest ideas I have seen on this site is to take
a nut, center it over the broken bolt and weld it.
The heat also loosens up the bolt. I haven't had
the oppoortunity ot try it yet but it sounds good.
Also, if you go to the archive for this site and
type in "broken bolt" there was a pretty good
