My Dad who is 96 and still going has told about him, 2 of his brothers and their Dad Cutting firewood with a crosscut saw, splitting it, delivering it by horse and wagon, and stacking it for $1 per cord. Pa gave them each a quarter and kept one. Dad could take my Mom, pay their way into a movie and buy them both a burger and drink with the quarter.
