I own the farm that belonged to my Grandfather. In the Mid 1950's the Government had a program called the Soil Bank. Grandad put the farm in it and seeded it down to Sweet Clover. It came out of the program in the late 60's and has been cropped every since. I put the farm in CRP in 2016. Before the seeding was established, I had sweet clover coming up all over the farm that I never planted.
