Original TO-20 has a Continental Z-120, 3 3/16" bore. It has wet sleeves, meaning the outside of the sleeve is in direct contact with the coolant. The sleeves are easy to remove and install, so that's the way most overhauls are done. The sleeve kits are 3 5/16" bore, the same as the Z-129 used in the TO-30. You don't have to bore the block - the replacement sleeves just have a thinner wall. I've never seen an oversize piston for either the Z-120 or Z-129. To rebuild or overhaul, you find a set of 3 3/16" rings or 3 5/16" rings if you don't want to pull the sleeves, or get a complete kit. This site has overhaul kits; I did a major overhaul on my TO-20, using YT parts, and had excellent results.
