No I wasnt going to machine block, hone and ring,I thought I was getting right rings from Deere I would just go ahead and ring it,didnt know I was going to run into this issue until I got new rings and the top compression ring was wrong,oh yeah I broke top ring purposely to clean ring groove when I thought I was getting the right rings,may need to machine block and get a piston kit
