Its pretty obvious some of you guys do not know haz mat regulations. Some of you read the first line in a paragraph and then stop because you are satisfied with the answer.
Yes farmers are exempt; but that is only for tanks properly mounted; are used to carry product to the field within XX miles of the supplier.
Haz mat rules do not play by this I'm a private individual; I'm not a DOT licensed hauler stuff.
