Condensation. Due to the additives UTF sucks water in. Every time you shut it off the casings and everything inside cool off. As they cool outside air is drawn in. Sometimes it has a lot of moisture in it. When I split my 9000 Ford the PTO clutch housing had a lot of rust on the outside. I could see where it dripped from a low point in the underside of the top of the housing. Every time you run it hard enough for long enough the moisture is driven out again by the heat.
