What are your objectives at this point if I may ask? Is there family in NH? It seems like an unusual move. It will take time to develop your hay business from a marketing standpoint. Good ground on the river flats but no shortage of competition for it. I would imagine taxes are plenty in VA but may be worse in NH. The growing season will be noticeably shorter to boot.
