Every other month I rec. a letter from the DOT Compliance Group out of Irving, Texas stating my Biennial /MCS-150 Update is past due and that I can be fined up to 1000.00per day not to exceed 10,000.00 and possible deactivation of my DOT number. This is for an old Paystar 5000 dump truck that I use just for my personal use. Do not hire out ever. Was forced to get a DOT number years ago because I used the truck to haul a few loads of gravel to my rental properties and as I made money off the rental properties that made my truck commercial. Any of you folks rec. this letter???? What should I DO ABOUT IT????
I JUST USE THE TRUCK ON MY PERSONAL PROPERTIES AND NOW RUN A FARM PLATE....
