I've been lurking here a little while, and have gotten some good info in the Massey forum, but I have something I would like clarified. I haven't noticed any "build" threads like I see on old vehicle forums. Not to say they aren't here, I just haven't seen them. I enjoy buying old equipment and getting it into working shape. Currently, I have 2 1100s and one 35 Massey Ferguson that are being worked back into daily use. I'm also part of bringing a 2705 Massey back to the field. There might be an 1135 in the future, but that's still very up in the air. I like to take pictures of the progress, but I don't have anywhere to share with like minded individuals.
What I would like to do is document the progress of all these tractors as they come back to life, well, that's an exaggeration on the 35, it had been basically restored before I got it, but it had been sitting for 5 years or so.
Where should I post this thread? I would call it "old 1100's Massey Thread". Should it go into the Massey forum or could I put it here in Tractor Talk? I would like to put it where it would get the most traffic, but I don't want to cause any problems.
If I could get some feedback, I would appreciate it. Thanks,

Cylinders are the reason for the hydraulic circuit. They take the fluid power delivered from the pump and magically change it into mechanical power. There are many types of cylinders that one might run across on a farm scenario. Each one could take a chapter in
