It's Techron, made by Chevron, its one of the best fuel cleaner additives on the market. Harder to find unless yo know where to look is BG-44k (concentrated version of techron)
If the problem is from fuel gunk on the sender card, techron will clean it up. If it's not from gunk, at least the additive will clean the fuel system up, lol.
Slow to rise? you aren't leaving the key on or engine running while filling up are ya? How slow to rise, and is it from refueling or turning the key on everytime you start?
