I would never have people pay either. Just as Old said there is too much of a open door to get sued. I personally don't allow anyone to hunt on my property anymore. It gets to be out of hand. Threw the years I've had stuff stolen,woods caught of fire from a cigarette,etc. It is not worth the aggravation. I don't like the feeling of coming home to people I don't even know in the safety zone of my house holding a gun. You give one person permission and before you know it everyone brings a friend. And I'm here to to tell you your fellow sportsman can be the worst humans there are. I've literally had to go around and patrol the area and be armed myself because of getting threats when I'm confronting someone on my own place. Ridiculous. I have a lot of deer. They even do more damage then I like,but I'll put up with them before I do people.
