Not going anywhere and direct contact with only one person is the ONLY way to know much of anything.
Even then it could come from a postal carrier, delivery driver dropping packages, etc.
So many have been convinced a mask or a piece of cloth will stop a virus they put common sense aside and believe they are safe because of it.
Thing is, a mask does nothing but stop you from sneezing, spitting, etc on others.......all things the CDC did studies that showed were very unlikely to make anyone still sick unless you did it directly into their face.....Even then the viral load on the partices was extremely low.
On the other hand, a mask consenteates and contamination from within the body into it's surface. From there after touching the mask, that contamination is picked up and placed on every object you touch.
By the same token, contamination from every object you touch is picked up and placed on the mask where it's held directly in your airstream.
In other words, masks are actually helping the virus spread, but are worthless as teats on a bull for anything else.
Funny thing, as I said, the CDC did studies proving this (I've read them), but good luck even finding them now because lying to keep people scared makes them far easier to control.

I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Not a place one would associate with farms or farm machinery. I credit my parents for instilling a lot of good values, a respect for learning, a knowledge of various skills and a little knowledge of farming in me, amo
