I have a '41 case DO with 24" split rims onthe rear. The tractor was presumably built in Racine, and the rear wheelweight ass'y and tire &rims were purcased here in Los Angeles to avoid shipping costs on 2000 lb of cast iron . The wheelweight ass'ys were cast at the Kay- Brunner Foundry in Alhambra, Ca Don't Know if yours is rare or not.
