I have a 3 point bale spear but it is an older leinbach type with the thick spear. I can move it with that, I did it today. I think I need a larger MF. When I got this tractor the main purpose was for mowing grass, I didn't really envision using it to move hay. I probably need to just sell the stuff I have and buy a good 3pt attachment for moving the hay. I wish I could take the old spear off the Leinbach and put one of the new more slender and longer spears on it. We have been on our little hobby farm for a year now and have just started storing 3-4 bales at a time because I was able to get a trailer. I'm learning as I go but I don't want to mess the tractor up and I certainly don't want a hay bale heading back towards me.
