Lights are a snap. Fenders are an "eye of the beholder" thing IMO. Rims? Now you're getting into money and work. You'd better find out EXACTLY what is wrong with it and EXACTLY what it's going to cost you to fix it. I admit $1400 doesn't go near as far as it used to, but you may be looking at close to that in repairs if you don't look it over real hard. And if you plan on hiring to work done to make it usable......... $$$$$.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
