Not all 70 series had dual pto but most did. Look at the shaft, if there is a snap ring with tabs sticking out so you can get a pliers in it it has dual pto. Just pull that snap ring and turn the shaft around. Great little tractors. If it's powershift make sure it pulls good in all the gears. And pull the drain plug on the engine sitting cold and look for antifreeze. The o-rings on the sleeves can leak when they get old. More info on it would be nice, diesel or gas, power shift or 8spd? The 870 is one of the most sought after of the case tractors and is only different from the 770 in engine size. The 770 is about 60hp.
