George, metal poles much bigger than those got snapped like toothpicks last year when a tornado went into Seneca, SC last year April 13. We had power out in the lower half of our county for 3 days. Don't know how they got them replaced so fast. Fortunately we had a generator to keep us going. Our son kept his huge poultry operation going with 2 huge generators. Richard in NW SC
