Most taper and radial thrust bearing and all bearings uasally have identified numbers on them ,for replacement cross reference ,how ever these numbers do get worn away and the need of proper measurements have to be taken to find the replacements .usally the bearing houses have access to cross reference.to Bearings and seals. You may have to make gaskets so save old gaskets to be copied for replacement . Dont get discouraged cause the repairs us all take in way more than originally thought ,take your time and always ask for help .
